Josy Woung

Director

I’ve been working as an accountant since 2010 and am a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). With over 15 years of experience, I’m fluent in both French and English, and my areas of expertise include capital gains, inheritance tax, estate accounts, and trust accounts.

I’m also a full member of the Institute of Chartered Payroll Professionals, and in 2021, I took the leap to set up my own Chartered Accountancy Firm. I’m passionate about being proactive and looking after clients the way they should be looked after—modern, responsive, and always client-first. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, going to the gym, and staying healthy.

Nisar Muhammad

Business Consultant

I hold a Master’s degree in Strategic Business from the University of Portsmouth, a Business Operations degree from Manchester Metropolitan University, and a Level 7 in Project Management from BCUIC Birmingham. I’ve also completed a Postgraduate Diploma from NCC Education UK and am a former member of the Chartered Management Consultant (CHMC).

With over 15 years of experience in business consultancy, I’ve worked in a variety of roles across sectors. My expertise includes Business Operations, Strategic Planning, HR, Health & Safety, Food Safety, Marketing, Hospitality, and IT. When I’m not working, I’m usually chasing after my two energetic sons!

Dipen Sanghvi

Specialist in Property Finance | Chartered Accountant (ICAI)

Dipen Sanghvi is a highly experienced finance professional with over 7 years of expertise in debt finance, property transactions, and regulated financial advice. He specialises in Commercial Mortgages, Buy-to-Let, Bridging Loans, Development Finance, and Regulated Residential Mortgages, providing clients with end-to-end guidance on both property and personal financial solutions.

Dipen holds a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and the CF6 Certificate in Mortgage Advice, equipping him with in-depth knowledge of the UK mortgage market, including regulated residential lending. In addition, he advises on personal protection and general insurance, helping clients secure appropriate cover for life, income, and property-related risks His qualifications are complemented by hands-on experience in:
• Structuring complex funding transactions
• Interpreting and analysing detailed financial statements
• Managing stakeholder and lender relationships
• Ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory standards
• Advising on tax-efficient strategies in property finance

Delor Ewanea

Senior Accountant

With over seven years of experience in all areas of financial accounting, I bring a wide-ranging skill set and a strong track record of success. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, and I’m known for my strategic planning, effective communication, time management, multitasking, and staff management skills.

I’m highly proficient in numerous accounting applications, including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, ClearBooks, Pandle, Apron, Hubdoc, AutoEntry, TaxCalc, and Accountancy Manager.

My experience spans clients in both the UK and Africa, and I’ve developed a particular passion for tax—enjoying the challenge of complex tax conversations that help deepen my knowledge. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, watching sport, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Every team needs a little personality, and ours comes in the form of our beloved office cat! Whether she’s lounging on the windowsill, supervising spreadsheets from someone’s desk, or popping into video calls uninvited, she brings a calming presence and a touch of mischief to our busy office.

Our furry friend is more than just a mascot—she’s a part of the Taxset family. She reminds us all to pause, take a breath, and enjoy the little things (like sunbeams and lunchtime treats). Clients love her, the team adores her, and we’re not entirely sure the office would run as smoothly without her!

I’m excited to be part of the vibrant team at Taxset Accounting. With 8 years of experience in administration in Pakistan/UK, I have done my Master in Accounting and Finance and also ACCA Finalist (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) I have to admit that joining Taxset has allowed me to grow further while working alongside a fantastic, motivated team.

Outside of work, my greatest joy is spending time with my family—they’re my biggest source of support.

After starting a new chapter following the arrival of my children, I made the decision to pursue a career in accounting and finance. I recently completed my MSc in Finance, Accounting and Management from University of Bradford in the UK, and have since gained valuable, hands-on experience working in practice, building a wide-ranging and adaptable skill set.

I genuinely love what I do—particularly the opportunity to support clients as their bright ideas grow into successful, thriving businesses. It’s always a pleasure to get to know them personally, offer practical guidance, and become an integral part of their journey.

Now that my studies are complete, I enjoy spending my spare time reading, running, exploring new places, and making memories with my family.

I recently completed my degree in Accounting and Finance from Bradford University, UK, and am currently part-qualified with the ACCA, working towards becoming a fully certified accountant. I’m familiar with Xero, Taxcalc, Quickbooks, AutoEntry and Accountancy manager.

Throughout my academic and professional journey, I’ve developed a love for critical thinking and genuinely enjoy helping clients grow their ideas into successful businesses. It's a real pleasure to be part of their journey.

Now that I’ve finished studying, I have more time to enjoy my hobbies: reading, running, and spending time with my family.
